assistant to help create the proposals. The owner would have to spend twelve to
fifteen hours a week reviewing and making changes to the proposals that the

Solution
Using Microsoft Excel we created a series of
spreadsheets that matched all possible parameters of a given job site. We
developed custom code to dynamically read the spreadsheet values and generate a
Microsoft Word proposal document based on the values entered on the
spreadsheet. Now when the customer goes to a job site he takes along his
portable laptop enters the values in at the job site and presses a button to
automatically generate the invoice.
